SGDEN were represented at the recent AWP event in Kingswood Park which was held during Mental Health Week.

This was the first time we used our brand new equipment – marquee and flags – kindly funded by Merlin through their Community Grants scheme to enable us to promote the Can’t Wait scheme.

SGDEN volunteers and staff attended to represent the organisation, and were lucky that the weather held off for the day until we’d finished packing up! We spoke to many members of the public to let them know about the work we’re doing and about the Can’t Wait card specifically, how they can get involved and how the card could be of use to them.
